There are two elements to every business interaction: the service
and the product, or result. For example, a restaurant can have
the best food in town but, if the wait staff is sloppy and inattentive,
you would be hesitant to recommend it to a friend.
It is only when we receive high quality service and a high quality
product or the desired result that we are comfortable referring
our friends to a business. We are then advocates for that business.
At Sequoia Realty, our mission is not merely to satisfy our customers,
it is to create advocates for our business. That is, clients
