Sequoia Realty Sells Multi-Tenant Eastlake Property
Mentor, OH—In January, Sequoia Realty arranged the sale of a 76,000
square foot commercial property in Eastlake, located near the city's new baseball stadium.

Viviani Family Limited Partnership purchased the building for $2,7000,000 from John F. Dejak.
