Sequoia Realty Realizes Record Sales Year in 2004
Mentor, OH—Specializing in the sale and lease
of commercial real estate property, Sequoia Realty posted its best year ever in 2004, with
a record dollar volume period. Examples of properties sold include:
- Sequoia Realty represented both the seller and buyer in the
sale of the Mentor Technology Campus, a four-building complex found at 8313 Tyler Boulevard.
This 55,000 square foot complex was sold for $1,875,000 to Viviani Family Limited Partnership.
The previous owner was Tyler OSI, LLC.
- Sequoia Realty sold a 17,000 square foot retail/office building at 8760 Mentor
Avenue for $1,125,000. The building housed the former Sam's World of Golf, and was unoccupied
for a long period of time. A. Iacofano purchased the building for his businesss, Shoregate
Beverage & Liquor. Located in the eastern end of the Old Village area of Mentor,
Iacofano's new building exterior emphasizes the village look the City of Mentor wants
to maintain in the historic area.
- Cormel Irimies purchased a 7,000 square foot property in Elyria housing an Advanced
Auto Parts retail tenant. Located at 1030 E. Broad Street, the building was purchased
for $1,613,176 from the previous owner, WXZ/Falls, LLC.
