Sequoia Realty Announces Sale of Dartmoor Plaza
Mentor, OH—During a relatively slow real estate season, Sequoia Realty is pleased
to announce the sale of another commercial property. In May, the leading Lake County commercial
real estate brokerage firm sold a multi-tenant property located at 7488 Mentor Ave. in
Mentor. The property, called the Dartmoor Plaza, was purchased by Viviani Family Ltd.
