Sequoia Realty Sells Multi-Tenant Investment Property
Mentor, OH—In August, 2005, leading Lake County commercial real estate

Hills. Located at 33977 Chardon Road, the 10,000 square foot building was purchased by Chardon
Bend LLC. The previous owner was Carol Triggs.
